The service was a bit inconsistent with some missed cleaning days but the staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially towards our furry companion. The service was exceptional, especially at the reception desk and upon late arrival. The location, although needing maintenance, met our needs for a stopover, close to amenities like a large Walmart. Dining was a letdown, with a lack of inclusion as advertised. The facilities were decent overall.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with some pleasant aspects, although there were a few areas that could be improved. The location was convenient, and the staff provided good service. However, the rooms lacked some expected amenities, and the dining experience was not exceptional.
