Despite the outdated appearance and some maintenance issues, the hotel provided a convenient location within walking distance to Walmart and the mall. The rooms were comfortable with adequate amenities, but snow inside the windows was a major drawback. The service was hit or miss with friendly staff but inconsistent cleaning schedules. The dining experience offered a good selection but lacked certain standards. Overall, the hotel offers average value for the money.

The rooms were decent and had an ice machine conveniently located outside. The service was a bit inconsistent with some missed cleaning days but the staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially towards our furry companion. The dining experience did not include the expected continental breakfast, leaving a bit of a letdown. Facilities were average, without standout amenities.
